Description

We would like to exhange our 4 Bedroom Semi Detached House. Our Home is located in Clonsilla a suburb of Dublin with a Bus Stop to Dublin City Centre (20 Min) outside our door. On the Ground Floor we have a large Kitchen/Diningroom, Main Living Room and 2nd Living Room or Toy Room, we also have a toilet WC on the Ground Floor. We have Multi Channel TV in both Living Rooms and Complimentary WiFi throughout the house. On the 1st floor we have the following: Master Bedroom ensuite with King Bed. We have another Bedroom with King Bed, a Twin Room with 2 Single Beds and a Single Room. The Main Bathroom is also on this floor with Bath/Shower. Outside we have an enclosed back garden with Decking, Garden Furniture, Patio Heater and Barbeque. Our House is only 3 years old and we pay attention to detail in our home. Housekeeping is of the highest standard.

If you are travelling with Kids, we have a High Chair in the Kitchen, a Cot and a Crib in One of the Bedrooms if you require them and the use of 2 Car Seats if necessary.

Neighborhood

We are located in the small village of Clonsilla which is a suburb of Dublin. In the village there is a Small Shop with Post Office, Italian Restaurant, Pharmacy, Fast Food Take Away, Chinese Take Away and of course a Pub! We love our home because it is so close to the city centre, there is a bus stop outside our door with buses to City Centre every 3 minutes during peak times. We are only 4km to the Phoenix Park, the largest park in Dublin which is also the home of Dublin Zoo, we love to go there in the evenings to feed the ducks and go for a walk. We are located about 5 minutes drive to the M50 Motorway which will bring you to all the Major roads if you would like to visit the rest of Ireland.

There is also a Major Shopping Centre located less than 10 minutes walk from our House. At the Shopping Centre you will find the Post Office, Public Library, The Theatre, Bowling Alley, 12 Screen Cinema, Numerous Major Departments Stores, Cafes, Restaurants, Hairdressers, Beautician, Newsagents etc.. there are over 150 shops in total so there is something for everyone.

About Us

We are a Professional Family with Two Young Children. My Husband is a Secondary School Teacher and I am a Hotel Manager (currently on Maternity Leave). We have Two Daughters. Caoilfhionn is 3 years old and Caragh is only a baby. We love to travel and explore new places, we spent last summer in the United States. We also enjoyed a holiday in Italy last June. We are open to offers to go anywhere as we have plenty of free time all we are looking for are places to go.

We feel that visiting different countries is not only educational for ourselves but also for our Children, we are amazed with the information our daughter learnt from our last vacation.

We love to keep active and walk almost every evening, we also love the beach. Our Family have a Holiday Home in Wexford by the Sea so we spend as much time as possible there weather permitting....in Wexford we love to Water Ski or Fish.

I speak French, and we are trying to learn Italian at the moment.
My Husband plays Gaelic Football with a local GAA Club, we love to play and watch Gaelic Football Games.

Destination

We would also like to exchange our Home for a Home in Boston MA for the Summer. We are interested in a 3 month exchange for June, July & August or alternatively 3 seperate exchanges of 1 month each.

We are open to offers for a Home Exchange in the Cape Cod Area or other areas of America for August
