Description

Modern house situated less than 5mins walk to superb sandy beach and the Pacific Ocean. Situated in the beach side community of Papamoa just 10km from the city of Tauranga in the sunny Bay of Plenty our house is a great place to explore the North Island of New Zealand. It has 4 bedrooms, plus a study (PC and broadband available) 2 bathrooms, with an open plan lay out and great indoor-outdoor flow. We have a great garden for kids (fully fenced) with all the usual toys. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are 2 mins drive away. Use of 7 seater people mover also available.

Neighborhood

Papamoa is a just 10 km from the city of Tauranga. Situated in the Bay of Plenty on the east coast of NZ's North Island, the area is a great place from which to explore all that NZ has to offer. Just 2.5 hrs to Auckland, 1 hr to Rotorua and 2hr to Taupo the area has great beaches, lakes and mountains. All that you need is on your doorstep whether you want to enjoy the outdoors or just sunbathe on the beach.

About Us

We are a family of 5 - Mum (Vikki), Dad (Dave), James (6yrs) Amy (3 yrs) and Cameron (6mths). We have lived in Papamoa for the last 2yrs having moved down from Auckland. Before that we lived in London but love the lifestyle that NZ offers. We enjoy outdoor activities - boating, camping, fishing - as well as travel.

Destination

We'd like to spend some time with family and friends in England, but if an offer of living somewhere different in Europe came up, we would consider that too!
