All other ammenities are within a 5 minute drive: shops, movies, restuarants etc. There is also much fun to be had: microlighting over the ocean, Sibaya Casino is 10 minutes drive, there are 3 golf courses within 2-5 minutes drive, enjoy the Local pubs & restuarants & much, much more.
The unit is 140m2 & can sleep 7. It has been recently renovated & has lovely upmarket finishes. The view of the beach & ocean from the living areas & the main bedroom is absolutely stunning. I also have a magnificant 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Johannesburg, Centurion which is located in a Golfing/ Nature Estate: (golf clubs available: 1 Adult's, 2 Children's). Centurion Golf Estate is ideal for river walks, golf, tennis, squash (raquets available: 4 ), swimming, snooker/pool table, cycling (bicycles available: 2 Adult's, 4 children's), mashie course, putting course & driving range all within 4 minutes walking distance from the house within this magnificent estate. Shops, movies, restuarants, health spas etc. are within 3 minutes drive. Not to be missed are the beautiful climates that are on offer most of the year.

Neighborhood

20 Chakas is a popular holiday destination in KwazuluNatal, North coast. It is a 20 minute drive from the airport.
The neighbourhood has a holiday feel with people walking to all the different beaches with a towel & costume slung over their shoulder. The sun shines all day & every one seems to enjoy the beaches/ surf during the day & then go out to restuarants / pubs in the evenings. The shops & restuarants are all close by & all you need is within 5 minutes drive.
Chakas Cove 20 has one of the best views on offer & when you're sitting on your balcony with a glass of wine & watching the dolphin or fishermen on the beach in the evenings it will be very hard to tear yourself away.

About Us

We stay in Centurion, Johannesburg in a beautiful golfing estate where the sun shines all day & the kids are never inside, but playing soccer, basketball or rollerblading outside in our child friendly cul-de-sac road, or golfing etc.
There is much to do here & the hardest thing is finding the kids in the evening to make sure they come in for a meal. This home is also available to swap.
There are 6 of us looking for accommodation: My husband & I, our two sons (11yrs & 9 yrs) & my sister and her husband will probably join us.
We would like to take holiday occupation during the kid's school holidays (Private School) which are generally: August (the whole month), & December (4 December - 15 January).
We would very much like to be situated within a 15-20 minute drive of a ski-school & ski slopes which are suitable for beginners, as this will be the first time that we will attempt to ski.
We would like to occupy for +- 3 weeks but are open to suggestion
