The house has been totally renovated in 2007.

Our home have all the conveniences, 3 bathrooms including one with spa,4 bedrooms on the fisrt floor, the children floor with 3 90*190 beds and a 140*190 bed, the parents'one (160*200 bed) with ensuite, a game room for the children with computer and a lot of plays for boys and girls, an office with an ADSL computer and a sofa easily transformable in a bed (140*200), a mezzanine with another sofa transformable in a single bed, a kitchen opened on the dining room with all modern conveniences, 2 living rooms - one with a sofa transformable in bed 160*200, and a bibliotheque. It's a very clear house and pleasant to live.
I've keeped the babies' furnitures : the bed, the chair,...

We have a great pleasure garden with a patio, BBQ, and a wood-terrace with a direct access to the parents bedroom (for sunny breakfeast) . The view is opened on beautiful countryside.

400m from the coast and 400m from all the shoppings.

Also available car exchange Toyota Previa (7 persons)with air-conditioner, and 7 bicycles ( 4 for adults and 3 for children) and a carriole for the babies.

Quartiere

We live in Daoulas , a typical medieval village of the breton coast south from Brest. The nearest airport is Brest-Guipavas at 25km.
Close to Daoulas, you can find a golf, a nautic center, the museum of Daoulas and many walks on the coast (GR34).
There's a lot of coves in the neighbourhood (1 to 5 km), accessibles by car or bike if you're courageous or by walk.
Surf spoting in crozon and near Brest.
If you like the old stones, and the medieval architecture, you can visit very many churches all around Daoulas, and so many things as :
Le Faou, Rumengol, The Landerneau's old town (5 to 10 min by car), Daoulas, Plougastel 5min, Saint Renan, Quimper 30 min by car.
The Crozon's peninsula with the most beautiful beaches in the North Finistère ( 20 minutes by car) , where's surf is possible.
The north coast, very nice beaches too and a casino in Plouescat, 30 min by car.
The South Finistère (Quimper, Bénodet, Concarneau) from 20 minutes to 1 hour by car... and so many other places that you can discover on http://www.vacances-pointe-bretagne.fr/ .

In the village , there's a supermarket, drugstore, all others shops , 4 doctors, and restaurants. All the sundays , there's a typical "marché" to buy your vegetables and fresh seafood, don't miss it.

At the airport, daily flight to Paris (a flight every 2 hours), about 60 minutes from Roissy- Charles de Gaulle, so why not discover Paris in the same time?

Chi siamo

We are a family of 6(2 adults and 4 children).My husband and I are both PhDs. We are 40, our children are 14, 11, and 7 (they're twins!), so you can find all you need for children care in our home.
We have already done 5 exchanges and we used to care about your property. Our children are very nice and quiet.
We have cats in the house, we ask you to take care of them as we can take care of yours during the swap. They are very nice and they lives in the house, if it's a problem, I can give them to my family .
Someone can go and meet you at the airport if you want.
We're searching a swap for the 2010 summer for 3 weeks, ideally in August because our pharmacy is closed at this period, but if you prefer July non simultaneous swap is possible : you in July in our house and us in your house in august.
