Description

Our house is located in a residential neighborhood within San Francisco's 49 square miles. It looks deceptively small from outside but is a comfortable 1600 square feet of cosy living. One master bedroom, two smaller kids bedrooms, and a guest room with a queen size bed. Two and a half bathrooms. Large sunny kitchen with pantry, living room with flat screen TV/DVD and internet access, and sun porch. We have a large family room downstairs with a dining area and additional TV lounge with reclining chairs. Gas fireplaces on both levels. Separate laundry room and bathroom also downstairs. Small rear garden with gas bar-b-que. Car exchange available.

Neighborhood

Plenty of local dining, sights, parks within easy reach. Close to all transportation to beach, downtown, and all points of local interest. San Francisco is easy to get around in and we are located centrally in the Sunset District. Convenient shopping nearby. Five minute drive to Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco Zoo, Beaches, and Golden Gate Park. Easy driving access to the Pacific Coastal Highway and south to Carmel and Monterey, or up to the wine country or Lake Tahoe.

About Us

We are a family of four, with kids aged 9 and 13. Miriam and I are originally from Clontarf and return frequently to visit our families. We have lived here for a long time and, if you have never been to San Francisco, you are in for a treat!

Destination

Prefer northside Dublin - Clontarf / Killester / Sutton etc...
Dates are approximate but will be fine-tuned in February. Month of July or most of July for simultaneous exchange.
