Description

Charming and spacious Victorian farm house with modern amenities. The house has been in the family for over 120 yrs. Just one hour north of San Francisco, CA. Home is located in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County known for their great California wines. Our house is surrounded by quiet open spaces yet close to downtown Santa Rosa and only one hour away from San Francisco and 30 mins to the beautiful California coast(Bodega Bay). Many wonderful wineries with in minutes of our home. Wonderful golf courses in the area as well.

Neighborhood

Our home is surrounded by 10 acres yet close to a wonderful quiet neighborhood that is just down the street. Small local Market down the street and a larger one just a few blocks away. You could easily walk 15 mins to downtown Santa Rosa. We are also close to the Russian River which great for kayaking. Lots of Open Space for hiking and biking.

About Us

We are a family of four. A City Planner and Emergency RN. Two Boys ages 16 and 14. At the present time we have some very friendly goats and an old donkey to feed carrots to. (no care needed)
