4 bedrooms plus a study, lounge, family and rumpus rooms. Ducted air-conditioning. Nice quiet suburb. About an hour drive to the Blue Mountains and 40mins from Sydney.

Good quiet neighbourhood, close to parks and lots of families.

About Us

We are a young family. My husband is an engineer and I'm presently staying at home full-time. We have 5 kids.

We all love travelling and have travelled with the kids overseas a number of times.

Destination

Dates are flexible but needs to be around our school holiday, so April, July, Sep/Oct and Dec/Jan. We have a 7 seater car to exchange also. Would like a similar car to fit our family of seven to exchange if possible. Also have wireless internet for exchangers.

We are open to a non-simultaneous exchange upto about 2 wks and are open to locations around the world. For a non-simultaneous exchange, our house is available for 1 week in July 08, 2 wks in Sep/Oct 08 and 2 wks post-Christmas in Dec 08/Jan 09.

We are planning an overseas holiday in 2009 and 2010. So a simultaneous exchange for then is preferable.
