Description

Ex-Capetonians looking to spend 4 to 6 months in Cape Town. Our house is set in a large garden in Buckinghamshire, close to public transport and excellent grammar schools in a semi-rural location. Good access to London. Our dates are fairly flexible. Optional cat included!

Would suit a family moving to the UK. Loan of car negotiable.

We would like to find a house in the Southern Suburbs in Cape Town, or on the Atlantic Seaboard. Would consider taking on easy pets.

Neighborhood

Ours is a family house with a large garden, in a private road of 40 houses. We have three children who have now left home and a cat, who hasn't. The cat can board with neighbours if necessary.

This is a busy village within easy reach of London, M25 and airports. The nearest Underground station is a five minute walk, as are local shops. There are good schools within walking distance or accessible with public transport.

The surrounding area is rural, with pleasant walks.

About Us

We want to spend time in Cape Town for family reasons after many years away. We are both professional people, nearing retirement age, handy around the house and one very keen gardener.

Destination

Dates and length of stay flexible.

We will only consider the Western Cape area, within reach of Cape Town, Somerset West being about the furthest.
