The apartment is located in Cumbres del Rodeo is a beautiful gated urbanisation located in a special enclave in Nueva Andalucía – the exclusive residential area adjacent to Puerto Banús. Cumbres has beautiful views towards the Mediterranean sea, Gibraltar and, on a clear day, the coast of Africa. Its south-west facing direction ensures all day sunshine and sensational sunsets over the Serranía de Ronda. Its a 2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathroom, large lounge and dining area, kitchen, utilities room and a shared large swimming pool, the apartment is tastefully decorated with a large balcony and a small garden. We are a couple (I do marketing, my partner is an accountant) who have just got a job in dubai and are looking to move out there in March. And are looking for a place in dubai within commuting distance of the burj dubai. I'm looking for a house exchange for 6 months to a year.

Neighborhood

Puerto Banus is a fashionable resort with designer shops, a splendid port and superb beach area. Often referred to as a millionaire’s playground, this glamorous, picturesque marina has been extended over the years and remains a super place for people watching, shopping and eating or drinking. There are lots of golf courses in the area, and if you like eating out, you’re in for a treat. Many of the world’s greatest cuisines can be tasted here, from Italian to Lebanese and Moroccan, with seafood – fresh from the tank – a local speciality.

About Us

We are a couple (I do marketing, my partner is an accountant) who have just got jobs in dubai and are looking to move out there in March. We are looking for a place in dubai within commuting distance of the burj dubai. I'm looking for a house exchange for 6 months to a year. We're usually based in England but have a holiday home in spain, that we thought we could try to use in the house exchange. I've never done this before but figured it was worth a shot.
