Description

Our large modern family home is located in a quiet suburb of Melbourne, close enough to the buzz of the city, but distant enough for it to be peaceful and homely. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 with Queen size beds, one with 2 singles. We have 3.5 bathrooms.
Our kitchen is modern with a large family room including a gorgeous working fireplace. The home is airconditioned as well as centrally heated.
Being a home with 4 children we are fully up to date with computers (how can you live without them!!!!!!!!), GameCube, Xbox, Nintendo, Dreamcast etc etc etc as well as old fashioned things such as boardgames.

Neighborhood

Our large family home is located in Caulfield, which is a quiet suburban area, very close to public transport (train or tram), a stones throw away from beaches, shopping and tourist destinations.
We are about 20 minutes (by car) from the CBD and 15 minutes by train.There are cafes, shops, shopping centres, golf courses, Yacht clubs within a short distance.
Melbourne is home to sporting events such as the Australian Open Tennis (January), Australian Grand Prix (March), AFL Grand Final (September) and Melbourne Cup Horse Race(November). We are also renowned for museums, galleries, theatre and restaurants.
Phillip Island with the fairy penguins and the Mornington Peninsula are just a few of the attractions an hour or two away.

About Us

We are a family of 7. Mum (Nicki), Dad (David),four sons ranging in age between 12 and 21 and a precious dog (Spoodle). The two oldest boys no longer seem to want to travel with us!!
We are professionals and have a digital printing business.
We love to travel
