We are at 2 km from a highway and downtown Montréal is at only 20 minutes. Our home is in a quiet and green environment, at a 5 minute
walk from the river between Montréal and Laval.
It is on the 4th and last floor and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a/c, a large balcony, a fireplace and of course, all conveniences new houses can have. The building has a garage and a lift.

Neighborhood

Laval is the second largest city of the province. We live in a green environment but we can find grocery store, banks, drug stores, bakeries at 7 minute walks.

About Us

We are a couple of retired teachers.
We already had 16 beautiful home exchanges (Canada, USA and Europe).
We don't smoke and don't have pets.
