Description

Our home is located about 12 miles north of Anchorage, Alaska. It resides in a quiet upper-middle class suberb of . The house is a two story home located on a corner 1/3 acer lot, lined by birch trees on two sides. We have hard-wood floors throughout our house, except in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Their our three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with a twin bed. Two of the three bathrooms have shower/bathtub; one has a Jaqusie tub, the other has a shower. The living room has brand new couches, automan, and marble coffee table. We have a 42inch flat screen tv in the upstairs living room, and a 26 inch tv in the downstairs living room, that also contains a fold-out sofa-bed. We have a sweet friendly Snowshoe Cat named Ko-Ko. She would need to be fed while we are away.

We have a two-car garage that has fishing poles, waders, takle-box to do any salmon or trout fishing. Our car is a 2001 Chevy Malibu four door.

Neighborhood

We live on a corner lot next to a vacant lot, so we only have one neighbor, who is separated by several birch trees. Our neighborhood is a quiet friendly community with police officers, teachers, fire fighters and military. We often see moose wandering past our front lawn which is always fun to see.

About Us

My wife and I are educators for the Anchorage School district. I teach Science at a brand new middle school and my wife is a Speech Pathologist at an Elementary school, which my nine year old daught also attends. My 18 year old son attends the University Of Alaska Anchorage, pursing an Accounting degree.
