Description

Huge windows bursting with daylight right over Jarry Parc's pond! Clear, spacious and luxurious apartment (1300 sq. ft) Big rooms, high seelings, wooden floors, balcony - all new furbishings. Equiped with all necessities (washing machines, air con., elevator...) Beautifully furnished. Great living space and dining area. Two washrooms.

Very quiet.

Great energy flows through. It is a vegetarian and smoke-free apartment (to be respected). Great place for practicing your yoga.

Neighborhood

The small project (only 4 apartments in the setting) is based in the geographical heart of Montreal. One minute from De Castelneau Metro st., across from a great parc (with Mtl's best tennis courts), 5 minutes walk from famous Open Air Market and Little Italy with great shopping and food! It is always safe to get around! Just off of St-Laurent's, Mtl's main street - a bus (1 minute away) will take you directly downtown within 15 minutes. And for the funkiest and artsy areas within the Plateau or the Mile End, the ride is even shorter, just 10 minutes!

About Us

We are 2 engaged teachers who love travelling, arts, music, theatre, culture, family and humanitarian causes. We speak several languages including Brasilian, Italian, Spanish, French and English. We both have mixed backgrounds and love discovering anything new and uplifting! We practice yoga, outdoor activities and aspire to all enriching experiences. In this perspective, sharing our home is a unique way to show gratitude and faith!

Destination

Dates are flexible. Simultaneous exchange only. We have July and August to travel. We would love a seaside holiday in Southern Italy but are opened to ANY peaceful and safe destination. We also fancy Scoltland, Whales, the Peruvian Andes, London, Argentina, Brasil, Africa... so let us know if our offer interests you! We are looking for an uplifting destination whether it is culturally or geo-physically or both!
