Hello my name is Sue i am the mother of three but only two live at home my son 17 and daughter who is 15. We live in a well presented 3 year old, four bedroom detached house on a corner plot in a nice friendly cul de sac. We are a non smoking household. It has a lounge, separate dinning room. Fitted kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs the master bedroom has en-suite shower room, three further double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is used as a study but we can put a bed in if necessary. Family bathroom. Enclosed rear garden. Single garage with driveway parking.
There are tvs in each bedroom with freeview as well as the main tv in the living room which has cable. We have broadband internet. Plenty of board games and toys to play if needed to keep children occupied.
The property has easy access to major travel routes Motorway and major roads. Also easily to get to public transport buses, rail and coaches.
Being as my daughter is still at school preferred exchanges would be mid March/April, July/August or December/January to coincide with school holidays.
We would like to America, Australia, Caribbean, but we are open to other destinations.

Neighborhood

Redditch has many attractions including Bordesley Abbey,Forge Mill needle Museum,Palace Theatre,Kingfisher Shopping Center. Over 2000 acres of parks and woodlands. The centre piece is the 900 acre Arrow Valley Park with the 30 acre lake offering fishing,sailing, windsurfing and the award winning nature centre. Sports facilities, 4 sports centre, 2 swimming pools and 3 golf courses. Nightlife is provided by over 20 cafes and restaurants, 47 pubs,threatre, 7 screen cinema complex and numerous social clubs.
Around the area is Ragley Hall and Coughton Court set in 400 acres of beautiful gardens parks and woodlands.
Shakespeare country providing unrivaled insight into the life of the great poet and playwright.

About Us

Single parent of three children but only two live at home Cassandra 15 and my son Ashley 17 who is at college. My other son lives in his own flat. I have a partner of 10 years but he does not live with me but near by at in a bungalow. I work part time but most of my time is spent with my children as they are my priority.

Destination

Looking for an exchange to coincide with school holidays either 2 weeks at easter mid march/April. 2 weeks Christmas 20 Dec/Jan or any time July /August can be Flexible from anything from 2 weeks to 4/5 weeks.
We would like America but we are open minded to other destinations.
there will be 3 of us possible 4 all non smokers. Myself, son aged 17 and my daughter 15.
