Beautiful three bedroom Berkeley, California house available for house swap for mid July-early August. Home has large second floor master suite with balcony overlooking Berkeley Hills. Two bedrooms down. Kitchen with french doors leading to lovely and large garden.

Neighborhood

Our home is ten minutes walk from Bay Area Rapid Transit which gets you into San Francisco quickly. We are a one hour drive from wine contry in Napa/Sonomo and from gorgeous California coast. We are in central Berkeley: walking distance to UC Berkeley and downtown. Two hour drive to Montery/Pacific Groive and Big Sur coast.

About Us

We are Steve: an elementary school prinicpal, Micky: an author and therapist, and our 13 year-old daughter Arianna. We also have a dog and parakeet that we might negotiate to remain in house. Open to not having dog remain in ouse.
