this is a 4 year old chateau style house with elect heat and hardwood floors , gas fireplace,cable TV, internet,bbq and fire-pit the all glass front overlooks the river with mountains in the background

Neighborhood

my house is located in a village of approx.500 people with a small city of 25000 about 10 minutes drive, it is a very quite place with mostly retirees and professional. the marble mountain ski resort is within walking distance and with 16feet of snow and vertical drop of 1500 feet its the biggest ski resort in eastern Canada,a 18 hole golf course is 10 minutes away and the world renown salmon river ,THE HUMBER is at our door step with trophy size fish in the summer time
