Le logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée de la maison et il y a une grande chambre supplémentaire et un bureau au sous-sol. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen et il y a aussi une chambre pour enfant avec petit lit. La superficie du rez-de-chaussée est d'environ 1200pi.ca. Il y a un foyer au salon. Les planchers sont en bois franc dans toute la maison. Accès à internet sans fil dans la maison.

Duplex entirely renovated and warmly decorated. There is a beatiful terrasse in the backyard, which is surrounded by trees and vines. The appartment is located on the first floor and in the basement there is large bedroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and there is a children room with a single bed. The size of the first floor is about 1200 sq.ft. There is a fireplace in the living room and there is hardwood floors everywhere. There is also a wi-fi connection.

Neighborhood

Quartier Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, très dynamique. À un coin de rue de la résidence, vous trouverez restaurants, boulangerie, fruiterie, cafés, etc...Vous êtes à moins de 5 minutes à pied du métro. Le centre-ville et ses festivals sont facilement accessibles sans prendre la voiture. Le quartier est résidentiel et tranquille avec beaucoup de parcs et d'arbres matures sur les rues.

Notre-Dame-de-Grace is a very dynamic district. Around the corner you can find restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and all kinds of fine stores. The house is located at 5 minutes walking distance from a metro station. You can access downtown easily whitout taking the car. The district is residential and very quiet with lots of parcs, and mature trees.

We are a couple with a 3 year old daughter and we speak french and english.
