Description

We have a nice house (built in 2005) on the south-shore of Montreal. This house is fully equipped with all required equipments (air conditioning, BBQ, garage, nice backyard, dishwasher, microwave, bicycles... ).

We have three bedroom on the decond level with a large bathroom and you will find the kitchen and living room on the first level. Finally, we have a complete basement with an office where you can use internet (with your laptop) and we have a fireplace.





Neighborhood

You will find the house in a calm area near a golf course. The house is 15 minutes from downtown Montreal and 20 minutes from ''Le Plateau'' a recognize area for the nice restaurants. Also, within 20 minutes, you can find a zoo and we are also close to the American borders if you want to step in the USA. Finally, within 30 minutes you can go in Eastern Town Ship (Estrie), a very nice place for outdoors activities (mountains, lakes, small villages, vineyard).

About Us

We are a young family with two kids (Camille 5 years old and Felix 2 years old). My name is Stephane I am a aerospace engineer and my wife, Stephanie his a Industrial Engineer. Our first language is French but we also speack English.

We enjoy outdoors activities and nice landscape to discover. We enjoy to discover new countries and cultures.

Destination

We are looking for a calm place with a young familly close to a beach.
