A townhouse close to the amenities of Santa Rosa, but close to vineyards and the ocean. The Pacific Ocean is only twenty-five minutes away It has one and half baths, a master bedroom and a study with a bed in it. Beautiful pool and spa on the community property. Set in an upscale neighborhood. My home shares one wall with a quiet neighbor and there is a backyard and deck for your use. Surrounded by landscaping and redwood trees. Transportation close by. I am a retired educator who is free to exchange anywhere and anytime.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet with a creek flowing on one side. The public bus comes one block away. Set in an area of trees. You can walk to grocery stores or downtown if you want, but when you are home you are in a very safe area of upscale homes set among trees.
Jump in your car and you have easy access to the freeway or roads throughout the county.

About Us

I am a retired teacher (60 years old) who loves to travel and enjoys the opportunity to stay in a place for a while to get to know it. I have home exchanged one other time and found it to be a great experience. I am open to any exchanges.
