Includes Queen futon in main sitting area and double bed in loft, bathroom with shower/bathtub and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee, hotplate), entertainment center (music, xbox, dvd, WiFi) - great for a small family or a couple. 5 blocks to the beach - bicycles and surfboards included for your enjoyment. Quiet, family oriented neighborhood, but just blocks to restaurants/shopping and famous Law Street Park. View additional information about Pacific Beach at www.pacificbeach.org. Studio shares fenced backyard property with main house (where we live).

About Us

We are a young couple with a baby girl. We spend the majority of our time - whether on vacation or at home - outdoors.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange as this is an additional unit to our home, but we need an apartment near Geneva 2 May through 17 May, 2008. Ideally, near the village of Commugny. We are interested in finding a swap in Italy 12 May through 17 May.
