Description

A detached stone two storey house on private grounds of one acre. The house is 250m2 and is two years old and finished to a very high standard.There are five bedrooms, two ensuite and two other bathrooms including a jacussi bath.One of the upstairs bedrooms has a balcony with stunning sea vies and ruins of a castle 100m away.There are two sitting rooms with two open fires.There are solid timber floors downstairs and carpets upstairs.The house is located on a cul de sac road to a beach and is within 15min walking distance to two other local beaches. It is one hour drive to Cork, one hour drive to Waterford and onlt 15 min drive to Dungarvan a local town for shopping ,restaurants and golf courses.

Neighborhood

There are fantastic sea views,and beautiful scenic walksThe local village of Ardmore is only a 10 min walk with restaurants, public houses, craft shop and a new five star hotel with leiure centre. There are numerous .There is also a childrens playgroundand lots of entertainment for families.

About Us

We are John and Kathryn a couple in our late thirties with two children of 4yrs and 2.5yrs. John is an accountant and Kathryn a nurse. This is our second home and look forward to giving an opportunity to other families to come and enjoy the sights of ireland. We enjoy travelling and home to use the exchange to go to the united states.

Our dates are limited to 12/07/'08 to 24/ 07/'08 We are hoping to do an exchange with a property in cape cod , USA.
