Condo de 1080 pieds carrés / 100 mères carrés. Une seule chambre (lit queen), une salle de bain. Salon, salle à manger et cuisine à aire ouvertes. Grand bureau fermé. Foyer au salon et bain tourbillon dans la salle de bain (pas un spa). Niveau terasse (demi sous-sol) mais très bien éclairé. Grande fenestration et porte-patio. Stationnement extérieur, balcon avec BBQ à l'arrière.

Possibilité d'ajouter un divan-lit pour coucher deux personnes suplémentaires au salon si vous avez une offre intéressante.

English:
1080 square feet condo. One bedroom (queen bed) and one bathroom. Open area for Kitchen, livingroom and dining room. Large closed office. Fireplace in the livingroom and jacuzzi in bathroom. The appartment is at the basement level but has a lot of light comming in through large windows and patio door. Outdoor parking and BBQ on balcony.

If needed, it is possible to add a sofa/bed in the livingroom if I receive a nice offer.

Quartier calme, à 15 minutes du centre-ville de Montréal en auto ou 2h à vélo (pistes cyclables). Très près du métro (subway). Épiceries, bibliothèque, piscine intérieure, centre d'escalade, café sympa, grand parc boisé, tout ça à moins d'un kilomètre (se fait à pied). Très près du site historique des rapides de Lachine (kayak et rafting). Tous les festivals de montréal sont à portée: festival de Jazz, francofolies, feux d'artifice, juste pour rire, fantasia, festival du film, Grand prix pour ne nommer que ce qui me passe par la tête.

Calm and quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from downtown Montreal by car, 2h by bicycle. Very close to subway. Grocery, library, indoor pool, climbing center, coffee shop, large wooded park all within 1 Km (0.6 mile), everything within walking distance. Very close to the Lachine whitewater historical site (kayak / rafting). All the great Montreal festival are accessible: Jazz festival, francofolies, fireworks, just for laugh, fantasia, film festival, Formula One to name a few.

Nous sommes un couple de jeunes professionnels (fin vingtaine) aimant les activités de plein-air. Nous nous intéressons particulièrement aux activités en montagne. Je travaille en ingéniérie et ma conjointe dans le domaine de la santé. Nous parlons tous deux français et anglais. Elle parle aussi norvégien pour avoir vécu en Norvège pendant un an.

English:
We are a young couple of professionals. We like outdoor activities. We are especially interested in mountain activities. I work in engineering and my girlfriend works in the health field. We both speak French and English. She also speaks Norwegian because she lived there for a year.

Pour l'été qui vient, nous cherchons un pied à terre à partir duquel des activités de plein air et culturelles sont accessibles pour nos vacances cet été. Nous sommes ouverts au dépaysement. Nous sommes plutôt flexibles.

L'échange serait idéalement simultané. Un court décalage de 2-3 jours peut être toléré.

Pour n'importe quelle fin de semaine, nous sommes ouverts à des échanges à l'intérieur d'un rayon maximal de 6h de route / train de Montréal. Nous sommes particulièrement intéressés aux régions des Adirondack / White mountains ou de New York.

For the upcoming summer, we are looking for a place from where outdoor and cultural activities are accessible.We are looking for a change of scenery. We are flexible in terms of dates, locations and possible activities.

A simultaneous excahnge would be ideal, but a 2 or 3-day gap could be okay.

For any week-end, we are open for exchanges within 6 hours driving (or by train) from Montreal. We are particularly interested in Adirondacks, White Mountains and New York city.
