La station de métro Verdun est à 3 minutes à pied et vous amène en 15 minutes au centre-ville et dans le Vieux-Montréal. En voiture, c’est à 3 minutes des échangeurs qui vous donnent facilement accès aux autoroutes et au Marché Atwater en 5 minutes.
Notre maison est tout près de plusieurs pistes cyclables; une magnifique qui longe le fleuve St-Laurent; la piste du Canal de l’Aqueduc reliée à la piste du Canal Lachine, qui vous mène au Marché Atwater en 15 minutes et au centre-ville et dans le Vieux-Montréal en 25 minutes.
Tous les services sont à un maximum de 10 minutes de marche de la maison.
Le Marché Atwater est un grand marché public où on trouve de tout: boucheries, fruiteries, fromageries, épiceries fines, poissonneries et boulangeries. Un supermarché et une boutique de vins et spiritueux complètent le tout.

Our home is very near to the best cycle paths in town; the wonderful path along the St-Lawrence River; the Aqueduc Canal path which connects to the Lachine Canal path where Atwater Market can be reached in 15 minutes and Downtown & Old Montreal in 25 minutes.
All the requested services are at walking distance from the house.
Atwater Market is a large public market where you can find everything (fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meat, fish, bakery...). There is also a supermarket and a big liquor and wine store.
About Us
Nous sommes une famille « reconstituée ». Il y a Michel, 46 ans qui est analyste de système dans une banque. Son conjoint Bruno, 43 ans, est responsable du bureau des étudiants internationaux d’une université. France, la sœur de Michel, 53 ans, travaille en tant que support technique aux opérations dans une banque. Sa fille Arianne-Li, 15 ans, étudie dans une école internationale.
Lise, la belle-sœur de France qui est une infirmière à la retraite, nous accompagne souvent pour les vacances et les voyages.
Nous parlons français, anglais et espagnol.
We are family of 4 (3 adults and a teenager girl). Michel, 46, is a Computer System Analyst for a bank. His partner Bruno, 43, is the Head of the International Students Office in a university. Michel’s sister, France, 53, works in a bank as a Technical Operations Support. Her daughter, Arianne-Li, 15, studies at the International School.
France’s sister-in-law, Lise, a retired nurse frequently accompany us on vacations and travels.
We speak French, English and Spanish.
Destination
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une maison avec des conditions similaires avec une piscine ou près d'une plage. Elle peut être située à la ville ou à la campagne.
Les dates sont flexibles car nous devons planifier nos vacances de l'été 2008.
We are looking for a house with similar conditions with a pool or near a beach. It could be in a city or in the countryside. Our dates are flexible as we still have to plan our vacation for the summer of 2008.
