Description

Our house is semi-detached in a small development of ten houses on the edge of Tramore, a very popular seaside destination. The house has a living room, kitchen-dining area, utility, office and five bedrooms, two of which are ensuite. It was built in 2003 and an extension added in 2007, so it is modern, clean and comfortable. We have three children aged 7 and 4 (boys) and 2 (girl) and so are well equipped to exchange with similiar, or larger families. We have a large and safe enclosed back garden with a play area (swing, slide), patio area with bbq, furniture and awning.

Neighborhood

Tramore has a three mile long beach which is wonderfully safe for children. There are smaller quieter beaches within very easy reach just outside the town. The coastline stretches west to Dungarvan and is very unspoilt - it's a Unesco site 'The Copper Coast'. Tramore itself is a vibrant resort during the summer with pubs and restaurants, an amusement park and lots of waterbased activities available. Our house is within walking distance of everything.

About Us

We are a family of five at the moment but are expecting another baby in early April. Our boys are aged 7 and 4 and we have a two year old girl. I lecture in the local college and also programme a music series for a local cathedral while my husband is a counsellor.

Destination

We are open to different destinations, this is our primary home so it does need to be a simultaneous exchange. Ideally we would like to swap with a young family as our own house is very child friendly and we would like a similar property. We will need a seven seater car with our four children and have our own seven seater Vauxhall Zafira available for exchange.
