Description

We have a beautifull and modern flat very spacious (90m²) on the first floor equiped with ascensor. There are two bedrooms, and one bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen, two tv and an internet access to allow you to organise your activities. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a Denon radio and an access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is using as a deskroom : There are 3 desks, 1 computer with access internet, a TV with, a radio and a queen-size bed.
In the equiped kitchen, there is a microwave oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a Dishwasher, an Induction plaque and an oven
In the large living room with dining area, there is a 50 inch Samsung flat screen television with DVD/CD surround sound Philips and a Sofa angle
In the laundry, there is a washing-machine, and a drying-machine.

Neighborhood

We are located in the new suburban city of St quentin of Yvelines at 25 kms of Paris, 25 minutes by train (the train station is located at 5 min by walk from the apartment)and you will be in the heart of Paris. We are also very close from the historic city of Versailles where you will discover all the beauty of this royal City. Between Paris, Versailles and all the wonderfull and typical villages of the Chevreuse Valley, you won't have an empty second. We’re next to the ile-de-France’s biggest lake and its famous golf

About Us

We are a young couple; Sarah, 24 year's old, she is military and Arnaud, 30 year's old. He is networks engineer. We love travelling and discover new countries and way of life, that's why we have chose to suscribe to home exchange. We are looking for serious people respectfull an trustable. We are no smoking.
With us, an other young couple of friends, a comptable and a calligraph
