We have a charming 2-story, 2-bedroom home in lovely Fredericksburg Virginia. Both bedrooms have either king or queen-size beds with plasma television (in master) and flat-screen, Kitchen is fully equipped, Family room has 60-in big screen TV and fireplace, Morning Room overlooks wooded lot and leads to outdoor patio deck, deck has both charcoal and gas grill.

Neighborhood

We live in a quiet community (Lee Hills South), where neighbors are friendly. There is a community pool available in the summer, Lee Hill Golf Course. A brisk morning walk will invigorate you, ing in the Shopping is nearby (15 mins to Cosner's Corner, Southpoint, and Central Park). If you enjoy history, Fredericksburg is rich with Civil War history. It maintains the charm of a small town while managing the growth of a much larger city. Most restaurants and shops found in larger cities will be found in Fredericksburg. The state capitol of Richmond is 1 hour south, and the nations capitol Washington DC is 1 hour north.

About Us

My wife and I have lived in Fredericksburg since 1999. I manage an IT staff for a large content provider. My wife is a MRI Technician with a local hospital. We enjoy family, our children are adults; some with families of their own. Two sons live in Texas, one daughter lives in Utah, and a son and daughter live in Fredericksburg; so we enjoy travel. We enjoy cooking; lots of outdoor grilling during the summer months. We also enjoy music concerts at local venues (Wolftrap, Blues Alley, Bohemian Gardens).

Destination

Prefer the cites of Montreal (Canada)or Marseille (France) for 2008 travel.
