Maison 3 faces de 110 m2 avec jardin dans un quartier très calme d'un des plus beaux villages du roussillon.

We have a 3 bedrooms, just outside of perpignan in beautiful little town Toulouges We are 25 minutes to méditerranée sea, 1 1/2 hours to pyrénées mountains, 25 minutes to spain – catalunya and 1 ½ to barcelona or montpellier and the provence area. The house is comfortable,well funrnished and fully equiped with intenet access, television, stereo, barbecue weber...
It has two adults bedrooms with queen size beds as well as one bedroom with a single.
It sits on a beautiful and quiet place typical of the south of france.
On summer we install a pool for childrens.

La maison est spacieuse, fraîche en été, tranquille avec tout le confort moderne : tv, dvd, internet, cuisine équipée, barbecue weber... idéale pendant les vacances pour se reposer, se détendre et dîner dehors en soirée.
3 chambres ( 2 adultes + 1 enfant) 1 salle de bain et 1salle d'eau, 1 grand salon-salle à manger de 50 m2, 1 cuisine équipée et contemporaine.
Un jardin de 400 m2 avec du gazon et un forage pour arroser.
L' été nous installons une piscine autoportée.

Quartiere

The District is residential and very calm made up of villas. The neighbors are very nice; the village is to 10 mn with foot while passing by a cycle track, you will find trade there: bakeries, superette, newspapers, doctor, pharmacy... Toulouges is a little town very pleasant of Roussillon... You will find zones commercial with a few kilometers in the car or the center of perpignan.

Le Quartier est résidentiel et très calme composé de villas.
Les voisins sont très gentils;
le village se trouve à 10 mn à pied en passant par une piste cyclable, vous y trouverez des commerces : boulangeries, superette, journaux, medecin, pharmacie...
Toulouges est l'un village est l'un des plus agréables du roussillon... Vous trouverez des zones commerciales à quelques kilomètres en voiture


Vous serez à 10 mn en voiture de perpignan, à 20 mn de la mer, à 1 heure de la montagne : pyrénées et à 30 mn de l'Espagne.

Chi siamo

We are professors of socio-cultural education. We have a five old child: arthur. We like to travel, read, us to slacken, go to the beach and to Spain. We already exchanged twice.
We are open on any exchange and especially on foreign countries during the school holidays.

Nous sommes professeurs d ' éducation socioculturelle nous avons un enfant de cinq ans arthur.
Nous aimons voyager, lire, nous détendre, aller à la plage et en Espagne.
Nous avons déjà échangé deux fois
Nous sommes ouverts sur tout échange et surtout sur des pays étrangers pendant les vacances scolaires.

Destinazione

Nous sommes ouverts pour des échanges de préférence avec les USA pour cet été.
Mais nous restons disponibles pour d'autres propositions en particulier en europe et reste du monde. Nous sommes enseignants et nous avons des vacances à différentes périodes


We"re open to any destinations but we have a preference for the usa this summer.
We are still open for anothers proposition.
Shorts week-ends or few days everywhere in europe with Ryanair (girona airport)
