Recent house (6 years) . Our property is on the border of a forest (two sides).
The house, air conditioned, offers three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, a living room, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a family room. We have a covered patio with a barbecue. The lot is landscaped with many trees and is very private.

Neighborhood

Ou property is situated at 10 minutes from all commodities, 30 minutes from all outdoors activities (golf, ski, sailing, trekking, etc.). Sherbrooke is a university city, 90 minutes away from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. United States are 30 minutes away.
The neighbohood is calm, very pleasant and relaxing with the forest immediately near the house.

About Us

My wife and I are living alone in this house. We speak french and english (a little bit of Spanish). My wife is retired and I will retire soon. She was a manager (civil servant) and I am a physician doing hospital management (consultant). We both have two grown children and grandchildren.

Destination

Dates indicated can be changed. We are looking for a warm country if the trip takes place during the canadian winter or an European country for the rest of the year.
