Description

Our one bedroom apartment is newly built (2006) it is in a secure location with security and reception facilities 24 hrs. There are about 50 apartments in the complex with a shared pool, shop and restaurant on site. The apartment sleeps 4 with a pull out double bed in the sitting room. There is one bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and has air conditioning and t.v. We use our apartment for our own personal use during july and august and it is not rented out.

Neighborhood

The apartment is located halfway between Sunny Beach and Nessebar, 2 popular beach side resorts in bulgaria and is within walking distance of both. We are within 2 minute walk of the fabulous Blue Flag Cacao Beach. There is lots to see and do and the area is great for families and couples. Sunny Beach is louder and busier than its neighbour Nessebar, which is a sea port with lots of local history museums and churches. This area has all ameities of a european sun resort for half the normal price. this will appeal to the american audience who is looking for value in europe for their dollar.

About Us

We are a family of four from Ireland who are lucky enough to own this property as a second home. We work to mostly school term times and so use this property during the summer months of July and August the summer season runs from may to october so we would be offering this for use during May, June and September.

Destination

We are interested in hearing from people from florida or vermont as we plan to visit these places during Dec -Jan 08/09 We are hoping to ski during the week including xmas day and then head to florida to enjoy the amusement parks there. Beacause the apartment we are offering is a summer resort this will be a non -simultaneous exchange with flexible dates
