5 bedroom house/cottage, with 2 baths. Exterior spa. Access to lake for swimming in the summer. View of Mont-Tremblant mountain, which is a four season resort area. Skiing in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer, with national park within minutes for kayaking, canoeing, and cross-country skiing in winter. 1hour 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Montreal.

Neighborhood

Very quiet country area, with deer coming down from mountain in our back yard. Very quiet country area but within 15 minute you can be in Mont-Tremblant resort area with good restaurants and shopping. Or within 1h15 of Montreal with all the attractions of a large cosmopolitan city.

About Us

We are a couple with daughters from 15 to 23 year old. Very outdoor oriented people, love the mountains and love the ocean.

Destination

Would like to exchange not necessarily at same time. Would like to exchange for warm climate in the winter near ocean, or in summer to Europe close to sea or un Europe in winter close to ski area.
