Description

Beautiful, modern condo. Three large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. It easily accommodates 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area for 6, and great family room with large plasma TV (with a collection of over 200 movies to choose from, should you decide to spend a quiet evening at home) and a great stereo. The home is equipped with high speed wireless internet access, a Bose iDock for your iPod (master bedroom), and a desk and writing area at the entrance of the master bedroom.

Neighborhood

Although it's close enough to everything the Phoenix metropolitan area has to offer - beautiful scenery, shopping, and night life - it is removed enough from the hustle to provide a safe and quiet environment.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Phoenix, and overlooking the beautiful daisy mountains. The community offers two swimming pools to lounge about, tennis courts, and beautiful hiking areas. Also located within walking distance (about 2 minutes) of a small shopping center with a supermarket, coffee shop (offers free wireless internet access), convenience stores, and fast food restaurants.

About an hour drive from beautiful Sedona, and just a bit further from Flagstaff. Only a 45-minute flight (or about 4.5-hour drive) from Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas (most flights to these locations are within the $99 range), it provides easy access to some of the best entertainment the Southwest United States has to offer.

About Us

I work as a software engineer and live with my two daughters, Stephanie and Ashley. We're very active and enjoy hiking, swimming, sketching, and writing. I speak English and Spanish, my daughters speak English only, despite my attempts to teach them Spanish.

Destination

We are interested in visiting the London area, ideally in a simultaneous exchange. The dates a flexible - we could plan for dates as early as June, but not later than mid-August.
