Outstanding panoramic view from every room. Six bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, formal living room, family room, gourmet kitchen with double ovens, center island and a beautiful breakfast nook with view of the treetops and ocean. Master bedroom has private veranda.
Great deck with Jaquzzi. Utility Vehicle to ride up and down hill from dock.

Neighborhood

Guanaja has no transportation roads, there are no cars. All transportation must be done with a motor boat. The nearby "settelment" Bonnaca Cay has all necessary provisions of food, gas, and banking. Our house is the only one inhabited at present. There is a 5 star hotel being built by a European co. on the waterfront properties below our house.

About Us

We are a family of 5 and two miniture Pinchers. Our eldest is in University. We have lived in Guanaja for 5 yrs. We also have a sailboat. Our longest cruise was to the US-we went on a 2 yr adventure! My husband is a Civil Engineer by trade, I chose to stay at home and invest in our children(-: The main focus of our work in the past 4 yrs has been as evangelical missionaries. Up to 2 yrs ago my husband also worked with other missionaries as a pilot,mosly helping with medical airlifts. Our house has been a blessing to many and to us. We feel priveleged to live in such a beautiful place.

Destination

We are looking to exchange with someone on Block Island, RI
From late Mid Aug thru Jan 2007. Maybe until June as our children wqould go to school there.
