Our home has been totally renovated 2 years ago, consisting 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and large livingroom with l-shaped couch dining table and well equipped kitchen-corner. Cable-tv, portable pc with internet, dishing-machine, washing-machine, washing-dryer, balcony to the street, second floor.

Neighborhood

Valkeakoski, in the centre of Finland's lakeland, invites you to enjoy its rich cultural offerings, lively summer events and high-level services. The City provides good living facilities, a wide range of freetime activies.
The centre of Valkeakoski is a view of the Apia beaches and the sides of the shipping chanel. Sääksmäki provides an adventure in unique cultural and historical surroundings. The Rapola hillfort takes you back to prehistorical times. For those who travel by water, Valkeakoski is easily accessible because lakes Mallasvesi and Vanajavesi meet here.
There are good possibilities to walk or bike (or ski in the winter) through forests and along beautiful lakesides.

About Us

We are Marja, Jaakko, about 60's and Figo 1 year old dog. Marja is retired art professor, textile artist. Jaakko is retired IT-specialist.
Marja is keen on everything, Jaakko is interested in reading and history.
We can speak finnish, english, swedish, german, french and a little italy.
We also have an ancient finnish country house near the city of Pori in western Finland, in the middle of forest between rocks. We also can give you a chance to visit there.

Destination

We are open minded to every historic Italian town. Especially in Perugia and Tuscany.
