Duplex, very nice and friendly neighbours!

Large kitchen, 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a basement bedroom. One bedroom has bunkbeds. The basement is finished with a lounge area in it. Back porch with BBQ for dinners outside in the summer! Creek right behind house. Computer available! Close walk downtown to riverfront, and 20 minute drive to USA.

Brockville has many summer activities such as boating on the St Lawrence River, swimming, cruises, Festivals, Downtown shopping, Sightseeing or just enjoying a nice walk around the scenic Blockhouse Island! Brockville is relitivaly small with a population of 22,000. It is fairly close to skiing in the winter time, places such as Mount Tremblant in Quebec, or even Vermont.

3 hour drive to TORONTO and 1.5 hour drive to OTTAWA


Destination preferances are basically anywhere, open to pretty much anything:)

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is very quiet with all friendly people. Brockville is small so it is very easy to get around, there is a Brockville Bus, but is rarely needed as you can walk anywhere in the city in a short amount of time. Our house is about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown near the water. The river is an amazing view. There is over 1000 Islands on it, all with unique details. You can take a cruise and discover the beauty of the St Lawrence River! There are also Kayak Rentals as well as Boat Rentals, so you can discover Islands yourself. There are many available for camping or cliff jumping, even just picnicing on a summer day. Brockville has a Bike Path that is really nice for a scenic run. It goes all along the river and around the town. There are many parks and play places for young children and many places to rollerblade or bike with your family. In the summer time there are many festivities going on so you can meet tons of new friendly families and people, as everyone in Brockville is friendly :)
