Description

My house has 2 rooms one with 2 bed spaces and the other with 4 beds.
In the living room there is a sofa bed 2. Life of the piece is agreable with a fireplace. She is open to a kitchen equipped (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ect ...) We have also a veranda that overlooks a river . In the veranda you also a washing machine, a gasiniere and another small fridge.
The house has a small garden in front and a behind. They are closed every two.
Me summarize for you to overlook the forest and behind on the river, or you can make sin and canoe we put at your disposal.

Neighborhood

The house is located in an area fairly calm and tres agreable. You are close to the sea, if you cut through the forest is a 800 metres.
You can also enjoy the bike path in the woods to get there in complete safety (Do you have bicycles).
City sables d'olonnes is tres agreable with neighbourhoods and a typical magifique beach. She is especially known for running the vendee globe .
The house is too close to the shops.

We are a family with three children: 2 girls and a boy
We like to visit historical cites and we love the sea
The house that we offer is our vacation home. Whole year we inhabit a bouguenais near Nantes
