Description

This beautifully restored home is in the Historic District of Bay City Michigan. Lake Huron is just a few minutes away, and within a few hours you can be to the shore of several of Michigan's Great Lakes. Just 5 hours from Chicago and easy access to major highways, this community is centrally located and a great place from which to explore the entire state. Any time of year is great in Michigan, the various seasons have a lot to offer.

We have a very small, private garden and patio in the back, but even better is the front porch for relaxing and planning the next day's activities.

In addition, you would have access to a second home on an inland lake approximatley 90 minutes away, great for fishing (on the ice or from a boat), swimming and relaxing on the deck.

Neighborhood

A great walking neighborhood, with paved trails just blocks away. the downtown area along the river is an easy walk and has many botiques and restaurants. Light traffic, with little conjestion and realativley easy driving conditions.

About Us

Our house is also home to two cats that would prefer to stay and be loved by you, although they could also stay with one of the adult children if you prefered.

We are both professionals working in the University, with limited skills in speaking French.
