Description

1075 sq feet flat with garden located in the residential district of Discovery Bay in Hong Kong, 25" from HK CBD by ferry, 30" from airport by direct bus and about 30" from Hong Kong Disneyland by bus and subway.

1 bedroom + office with convertible + kids bedroom. Around 1100 sq feet + small garden.

A domestic helper comes everyday for cleaning and laundry.

Neighborhood

Pleasant and kids friendly environment in the nature of Lantau island (yes nature exist in Hong Kong !) but at the door step of Hong Kong urban jungle and attractions.
Discovery Bay is a NO CAR zone and is only accessible by public transportation (very practical).
The flat is 1 minute bus ride or 4 minutes walk from shops, ferry pier, bus station, swimming pool and beach.
Nice hiking trails in the neighborhood.

About Us

French couple with 2 year old kid + 1 baby.
Non smoking. One cat at home, not traveling with us.

Destination

We need to have a simultaneous home exchange and would prefer Auatralia end of March or New Zealand end of 2008. Howeverm, any kid friendly place would be considered. We may consider to offer a home exchange with our parents second house south of France.
