Description

5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 story house. Large pool in beautiful landscaped back yard with outdoor shower, Gas barbeque. Bikes and beach cart for those trips to the beach.
Kitchen is fully loaded with 5 burner gas range, large dinning room table seats 10-12 for those family gatherings. A queen pull out bed in living room and futon in a private sunroom sleeps additional 4 adults. Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath equipped with claw foot soaking tub. One queen and two twins round out the other bedrooms.Cars swap a must .Lovable retriever for the kids to play with.

Neighborhood

Tree lined neighborhood with lots of young families. 5 blocks to beautiful oceanfront boardwalk. Deep sea fishing pier also a short walk. Nightly activities and fireworks every weekend. A short bike ride to major aquarium and water park. Loads of public transportation .One hour ride to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg.

About Us

Professional couple with 5 daughters that take pride in our home and have close ties with the oceanfront community we live in .Enjoy hiking, kayaking, and camping. All outdoor sports are enjoyed by at least one member of family. Love to travel and experience new places on a local levels.

Destination

Simultaneous exchange .Would also considers exchange during holidays.
Prefer Italy (Cinque de terre), Montreal,Canada( downtown area) and United States. Montauk, Long Island would be my ideal setting for a summer get away.
