charming flat of 40 square meters, , 1 living-room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen.
Light rooms, wide windows and a fireplace.

The apartment has the following: internet, printer, cable television with DVD player, coffee maker, hair-dryer, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven, clothes-washer, central heat

It is a quiet place in an ancient building. Perfect place for a couple, but possiblity for a third person to sleep in the living room.

Neighborhood

it is located in the heart of Paris, 2 minutes by foot from the Canal Saint Martin. There is a lot of facilities (shops, bus, 3 subway's lines: 4, 5 and 7). It is quiet and lively place. 15 minutes by subway from Notre-Dame, Le Louvre and Latin Quarter.

About Us

we are a couple working as TV reporters and we love traveling. We speak english and german.

Destination

Our flat is available from the 18th of April to the 29th of April. We are looking for a flat in NY City from the 21th of April to the 25th of April.
