Description

The flat is in the Motzstr at Schoenberg district, in the center of Berlin. It's an old, beautiful and well kept building with an inner garden. There are 2 rooms; a bedroom and a living room. The kitchen and toilettes are newly renovated. It is a quiet, spacey and well equipped apartment.

Neighborhood

The area is full with attractions as restaurants, bars, boutiques and markets. Nearby are the "KaDeWe" (Berlin's "Harrods") and one of the main shopping streets; the Ku-damm (post- Xmas sales are on till February!) as well as a weekly food market (Winterfeldmarkt) and the S-berg city hall's flea market.
On another note, it is the heart of the old "gay ghetto".
In short, it has all you need for a European break in a walking distance, and few public transportation options that take you directly to the most interesting spots (inc. Berlin's well known night clubs, memorials, museums, parks etc.) more specific info, inc. restaurants recommendations or anything you think of, may be advised by request. A few guides (in Hebrew and English) are for your consideration in the flat.
