Beautiful apartment in 19th century building right at the Brooklyn Promenade, where you can see Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn Bridge. Apartment has living room with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Has elevator and stair access to apartment. Home is lived in by single woman, but could be ideal for a couple wanting to explore the city or a student doing a short exchange program. Apartment is well taken care of and always clean.

Neighborhood

Located in beautiful Brooklyn Heights. The street has been the stage for several movies and is famous for its proximity to the Brooklyn Promenade. The neighborhood is covered in the 19th century brownstones that Brooklyn Heights is famous for. One can really walk to the city across the Brooklyn Bridge, but a cabs ride or the subway will get you there in five minutes. If you want to have quick access to the city, but be able to come and stay in peace and quiet this is the place.

About Us

I am a young woman who loves to travel with my boyfriend. I am a professional photgrapher and love finding scenic lands where I can take lots of photos. I have travelled through much of Europe and some of North Africa and am always looking for a new adventure. I have lived in Brooklyn Heights all my life, but am a country girl at heart, and love to get away to the rest of the world.

Destination

Only simultaneous exchange avaliable, and I would most likely be travelling with my boyfriend. I am open to most places so contact me as your place may be just what I'm looking for. We already have a place we go to in southern France, so anywhere in Provence wouldn't be of interest to us. Am already doing an exchange in Scotland this fall, so contact us for Summer 2009 or later.
