Description

Modern and beautiful apartment right in the center of Seville. An easy walk (10 mins) to the Cathedral and the famous Giralda.

The apartment is 70m2 (sq), sunny: wide living room -with two balconies- two double sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Three balconies, wooden floor... Everything completely reformed two years ago.

Internet access 24/7 (cable), dvd, air conditioned, one bicycle available.

We offer to swap this apartment on Easter (spanish "Holy Week") or "Feria de Sevilla" week (annual flamenco event), so you can enjoy the most famous celebrations of Seville: the "Semana Santa" (Spanish Easter, March 14th to March 23) and the Feria de Sevilla (two weeks after Easter, April 1st to April 6th), each with more than a million visitors every year.

Neighborhood

Our neighbourhood is peaceful and picturesque: the "Barrio de Santa Cruz" (the very center of the city, the oldest neighbourhood), with all variety of restaurants, markets, "tapa" bars, and ancient streets and buildings: The Giralda, Cathedral, Alcázar, Maria Luisa Park....

Very close to cinemas, theaters, parks and malls. There´s really no need to take a bus to visit the center of the city, because our home is already in the center; anyway, bus stops are close to our house.

Half an hour walking (ten minutes by car or bus) is River Guadalquivir and the historical neighbourhood of Triana, where the famous "Feria de Sevilla" (annual flamenco event) takes place.

The sea (Costa de la Luz, Cadiz) is near Seville: 75 minutes either by car or train; it's possible to go the beach and get back to Seville on the same day. The train Station is 15 minutes (walking) from our house.

Historical cities can be visited aswel: Cordoba (40 minutes by train) and Cadiz (90 minutes by train), or the villages of the "Sierra de Huelva" (mountains, one hour away) where spanish "serrano" jam is made. About Us

We are a couple in our thirties, no children and no pets. We are both professionals (a teacher and a salesman director, both with university degrees), and we love travelling, music, sightseeing and playing Scrabble and Boggle with our friends :-)

We would travel with another couple, my brother and his wife (he's a PhD university teacher and she's a high school teacher).

We would like to go to London on spanish Easter week; on summer, we'd also like to visit some city in Europe -specially Germany, and Northern or Eastern Europe- but also Morocco, Greece, etc...

And we are open to non-simultaneous exchange.

Email us with any suggestions or any questions, we'd be happy to hear from you.

Destination

We DON'T WANT ANY EXCHANGE WITH FRANCE, we have already been in France and Paris.
Beautiful country, but we'd like to know other places too!

We would like to echange with some place ON THE COAST/BEACH on Summer. We are also interested in EAST EUROPE.

We're open to non-simultaneous exchange. You could come to Seville on Easter, on the "Feria de Sevilla" Week (first week of April), or anytime in summer or Christmas.
