Description

Recently built spacious home designed to high specification. Situated on the edge of a pleasant village, which has a few shops and a traditional Welsh pub. Located on Gower Peninsula, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our 7 chickens will provide you with fantastic free-range eggs.

Neighborhood

Gower is famed for its stunning beaches and rugged coastline, as well as its unspoilt countryside. From our house there is a pleasant walk through conservation woodland to the nearest beach and on to the coastal path. The historic fishing village of Mumbles is close by, with its numerous shops, galleries and restaurants. The City of Swansea is home to a thriving marina development, and the whole area is geared up for tourist activity.

The Brecon Beacons Mountains are about 45 mins away by car and there are excellent road and rail links to Cardiff (capital of Wales, 1 hr) and London (3 hrs). More information on Wales can be found at www.visitwales.com and on Swansea and Gower at www.visitswanseabay.com
