House is situated on 5 acres in a lifestyle subdivision, 5 large bedrooms (all but one has Queen beds), separate lounge (large plasma TV), Kitchen/dining/family room, large paved outdoor area, BBQ, grass tennis court, Infrared sauna , vehranda area keeps house cool,
We also have International Timeshare weeks available for people to use if preferred.

Neighborhood

5 minutes to Mapua with its cafes & restaurants, 15 mins to Richmond, 30 mins to Nelson, central to the Tasman area. Abel Tasman National Park is a short drive, many award wining vinyards close by, beautiful Golden Bay is a great day trip,

About Us

We are a family of 6 , Hamish & Sharon and 4 children 20,18,16,13 who enjoy waterskiing & wake boarding, going to the beach & in the winter skiing & snow boarding. Our oldest 2 are now at University with the younger 2 still at secondary school. We enjoy travel & use our Timeshare in the RCI network.

Destination

We enjoy getting away in the summer either to Australia or to have a skiing holiday in Canada. We went to Big White in Jan 07 and would love to get back there.
