Neighborhood

Very nice area in the hill country popular with tubers and rafters, if you like trout fishing the quadalupe river is # 5 in the country, the town of sattler is 2 miles up river with a super S store for all your supplies, the town of Gruene is just 12 miles down river with Texas oldest dance hall with bands almost every night, name bands on the weekends, there are wineries a market and gris mill a popular restaurant for the locals and tourists. canyon lake is just 4 miles up river their are several marinas where you can rent boats.

About Us

I am 57 years young with my 45 year old mate and our 2 sons Travis 19 and dalton 16 we like water sports and skiing.

Destination

We would like to exchange for any popular skiing destination we need to go in march 2008 but my house is a second home so it is available anytime, I also have a condo in florida that is available.
