The flat is not that hot in Summer as many windows on the south and North sides of the building permit to cool the flat.

Neighborhood

10 minutes walk to the Vieux port. 3 minutes walk to the oldest Marseille and historical Le Panier. Metropolitan and Tramway down the flat. Beaches and Calanques can be reached by public transportation when no car available. Calm neigborhood with very nice neighboors. Calm street perpendicular to the long Hausmanian boulevard république.

About Us

An Engineer and a house deco stylist with a 3 year old child and a baby to come soon March 2008. 35 years old.
Interests : anything anyone anywhere.

A calm house in the country side with a garden.
Preferably a lake or a river nearby.
