Description

We are a young couple looking to exchange our 76 sq m apartment located in the 3th district of Vienna (a trendy and historical inner district). The apartment itself has a very modern kitchen, an office and an open living/dining room, a bountiful bathroom with an outsized mirrow and a separate toilet. The whole aparment was designed by an architect just three years ago. We have wireless internet and TV is available.

Neighborhood

Our apartment is just 2 minutes away from the tube-station Rochusmarkt (U3) . Starting there, it's only 2 stations to the "Stefansplatz", so we live in the absolute center of Vienna. It is a few minutes to the first district, with churches and museums - the main dazzling shopping district! Nevertheless, the street we live in is a very quiete one. Tram, subway and bus are all close by.

About Us

We are both in our late 20's, an attorney and an office assistant,
looking (again) to spend a few weeks in Iceland. We're respectful of other people's spaces and expect the same in return. Please email us for more information.
